Foundations of Wellness
Your body thrives when given the right environment to restore balance. Together, we’ll explore the core pillars of wellness- proper hydration, nourishing nutrition, movement that supports your body, the importance of proper breathing, quality sleep, EMF protection (electromagnetic frequencies we’re exposed to that can be harmful to our health), and mindful detox practices.
We’ll also explore ways to reduce everyday exposures and create daily rituals that support your gut, hormones, and overall vitality. You’ll learn how to replace products that may be affecting your health with clean options.
By building these foundations, you create the conditions for your body and mind to naturally come into harmony.

Nervous System Regulation and subconscious work
Nervous system regulation is a huge foundation of healing. When the nervous system is chronically stuck in fight, flight, or freeze mode, the body focuses on survival instead of repair. By supporting nervous system regulation, we create the conditions where the body can feel safe enough to rest, repair, restore, and begin its own natural healing processes. Through coaching, we will also work on finding and reframing subconscious limiting beliefs that may be keeping you stuck. Our inner beliefs are so impactful on our health that they can keep your nervous system stuck in stress mode.

Gut health, Hormones, and more
Together we can dive deeper into gut, hormonal and neurotransmitter imbalances. I offer microbiome lab testing through Microbiome Labs so that we can explore patterns in your gut health and support balance through nutrition and lifestyle.
Your gut and brain are directly connected through a “highway” called the gut-brain axis. Scientists often call your gut your “second brain” because your brain and gut send signals back and forth all day long.
Scientists estimate about 90% of serotonin (your “feel-good” chemical) and a big chunk of Dopamine (your motivation chemical) are actually made in the gut.
Your gut also helps manage hormones like cortisol (stress), insulin (blood sugar), and even estrogen (by helping eliminate the extra)
Research shows when your gut is healthy and balanced, your brain, mood, energy, and even metabolism may function better. When your gut is out of balance, it may contribute to problems like higher stress, brain fog, mood swings, emotional stress, cravings, hormonal imbalances, weight issues, skin issues and digestive issues.
